Listen up, folks!! It is with great enthusiasm that I introduce Miguel “Migz” Elliot, also known as Sir Cobalot—a visionary Natural Community Builder and 𝒆𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕 in cob construction! In the future, we are hopeful to collaborate with Migz in building our bunkhouses for Terra Mater Village (—using COB, an eco-friendly mixture of clay, straw, sand, and water).  𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭!

I first discovered Migz’s work through his YouTube channel (𝑀𝑖𝑔𝑧 𝐶𝑜𝑏𝑎𝑙𝑜𝑡), approximately 6 years ago. Then roughly 4 years ago, we connected via Instagram (@Sir_Cobalot), where I had the opportunity to share our vision and business plan for Terra Mater Village with him…

Migz has expressed his support 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 to contribute to bringing our vision to life! (…even with his understanding that we are currently in the fundraising stage and operating with limited financial resources).  We are deeply grateful for his alignment with our mission, and we look forward to the possibility of working together!!
