We are celebrating ONE YEAR, as a Great Northwest Vendor Mall tenant!

February 2022 marked the first month that we moved in… Now (in February 2023), we have achieved A FULL YEAR, at our Great Northwest Vendor Mall location! We are proud and very excited for this opportunity. It has been a journey, so far, but not without its difficulties…

Before we can profit, each month, we must sell enough in value to afford our Rent cost for the following month.  And… sometimes, that can be a challenge!  If we fall short on our sales, then we will owe the Vendor Mall a payment (to make up for the difference)… However, everything that we sell after our benchmark is reached will become a profit for us!  (And, all proceeds are deposited into a Business Checking Account, to increase our “Dollars-to-Date” by the month).

Over the past year, we have had a negative balance during a total of 3 months (…July, August, and September).  For those months, our sales did not meet (or exceed) the amount due, to cover the Rent cost of our next month… We had sales running during those months, as well, so the hiccups were by happenstance!  Nonetheless, we have profited for 9 of the 12 months.  And, anything is better than nothing!  In fact, only 3 days into February (this month), we had generated our Rent money for March!  The rest of our sales, through 28-February, will be sheer profit! …What extraordinary luck!!

My little Family-of-Five is raising money to build a Family Business, from scratch (i.e. the future “Terra Mater Village,” an earthy Retreat Center venue “for Spiritual Wellness & Yoga”).  All proceeds are deposited into a Business Checking Account, fully allotted towards the cost of creating this Family Business dream.  We are an average Family (with an average income), hoping to shift gears and take charge of our own lives / intended purposes…
